This preview has no account system, payment form or analytics tracker. Its Supabase connection is currently unconfigured, so inquiries are not saved to a database. Inquiry fields are held in the current page. Choosing “Open email draft” passes those details to the visitor’s email application; the visitor decides whether to send the email. The copy button writes the inquiry to the visitor’s clipboard.

Google Fonts is loaded from an external provider. The buyer-app link opens a separate service. This draft does not describe that app’s collection or processing of data.

If database submissions are enabled

The prepared form integration sends name, email, business, inquiry type and message to the configured Supabase project. Before enabling it, update this notice with the responsible entity, purpose, hosting and retention details, and the process for access or deletion requests.

Before production launch

Confirm the responsible legal entity, registered address, data categories and purposes, lawful grounds and notices, processors, retention periods, security controls, data rights process, and contact responsible for privacy requests. Document RFID and store-data processing separately, including whether any data can be linked to a person.

Pilot scope, hardware ownership, pricing, installation, support, service levels, permitted data use, and POS integration must be agreed separately before a deployment. Named POS platforms are integration candidates, not confirmed partners.

Confirm the contracting entity, eligibility and acceptable-use provisions, intellectual-property terms, responsibilities, applicable dispute process, and any liability provisions appropriate to the actual service.

Before charging for hardware, pilots, subscriptions, or any payment-enabled service, publish the applicable terms: cancellation window, eligible refunds, non-refundable items if any, return process, treatment of installation charges, refund method, and timing.

Future UPI or buyer-app payments require terms for the actual payment and merchant arrangement. A generic website draft does not cover them.
